Terms and Conditions:

• This initiative runs in NSW only from December 1 2011 to February 29 2012 in our NSW Shelters and Care Centres. This initiative does not include our Volunteer Branch network.
• This initiative only applies to adult cats. It does not apply to kittens, nor does it apply to cats identified by RSPCA NSW as Defined Breeds.
• This initiative excludes public holidays where individual shelters are closed. Potential adoptees should consult with their local shelter  to check on opening hours.
• Animals adopted during this initiative are subject to availability.
• All adoptions will be subject to standard RSPCA NSW adoption processes.
• A suitable carry cage must be used to transport cats and kittens from the premise and during the journey home. If you do not have access to an appropriate carrier you can purchase a carrier at the time of adopting your companion.
• No animal will be placed on hold for any period. Adoption will be by personal attendance at the nominated facility.
• Photographic personal identification must be presented at the time of adoption.
• Potential animal adoptions may be refused if the adoptee or his/her premises does not meet RSPCA NSW standards.
