Pet Behaviour
RSPCA NSW currently offer the following services in pet behaviour and training:
- Telephone enquires about training and behaviour of cats and dogs
- One on one behavioural and training consults at Yagoona, Blue Mountains and Wollongong Shelters
- In home behavioural and training consults in Sydney Metro and Blue Mountains areas
- Group talks, presentations and discussions on several topics including barking, anxiety, boredom busters, training and pet care
- Support for adopted dog owners
- Referral service for complex behaviour problems
- Puppy Pre-school
Keep your eyes open for future programs such as:
- Post adoption training school (for ex RSPCA dogs and their new owners)
- Puppy Politeness Program (16 weeks to 6 months)
- Doggy Politeness Program (from 6 months)
