Please note: This cruelty report form is to report animal cruelty cases in New South Wales, Australia only. If your concern relates to animal strays or noise complaints, these issues should be directed to your local council.

RSPCA inspectors investigate complaints against all kinds of animals in all kinds of situations, the most common complaints are: failure to provide adequate food; veterinary treatment; and adequate shelter.

To investigate a complaint in NSW, RSPCA Inspectors require reasonable grounds to suspect that an animal cruelty offence has been committed. It is essential that you provide contact details so they can confirm the facts and gather more information.
