Donor Liaison Officer – Grade 3
RSPCA NSW – Sydney Olympic Park office is seeking a motivated and energetic person to undertake a range of Donor Liaison duties.
Working within the Direct Marketing Team, you will assist in all aspects of donation processing, donor liaison, regular giving and other marketing areas and events when needed. This role has regular interaction with RSPCA donors, supporters and potential donors and sponsors. It involves high volume data management, donation processing and high level customer service every day.
Applicants must have exceptional customer service skills, along with an excellent telephone manner. The successful applicant will possess the ability to work well in a team environment, be well presented, organised, efficient and flexible.
Proficient computer skills and the ability to work to a deadline in a busy environment are required for this role.

ANIMAL ATTENDANT
YAGOONA SHELTER – FULL TIME
The RSPCA Yagoona Shelter is looking for an energetic, enthusiastic, animal focused person to join our team of hard working, caring Animal Attendants. Strong Customer Service skills are also required, as is attention to detail and organisational skills. Position Descriptions Animal Attendant Grade 1 or Animal Attendant Grade 2 - depending on experience.
Times: 8am – 4.30pm
Days: Roster based, including weekends & Public Holidays. RDO Applies.
Proposed Start Date: Monday 15th September 2008
