I’ve lost my pet. Can you help?
If you have lost your pet, check the council pound in your area, contact all your local vets and put up posters with a clear photograph of your pet. You can also register with Petsearch, a company which operates a central regisery for lost and found animals. They will ring pounds and vets on your behalf.

They know how to deal with this issue and will have a quicker response time than RSPCA inspectors. Do not take the matter into your own hands as you may face a break and enter charge.
