Hi there, I’m Shadow, a young female German Shepherd with a heart full of love and a gentle spirit.
I’m on the search for a forever home where I can truly blossom. While I have lots of energy and enjoy playtime, especially games like fetch or exploring the outdoors, I’m also a very sensitive girl. I can be quite timid when meeting new people and need a calm, patient environment where I feel safe. Once I’ve had time to get to know you and build trust, my sweet and playful nature shines through.
I’d do best with an experienced owner who understands dog behaviour and is committed to helping me grow in confidence through ongoing training and positive reinforcement. Loud environments and too many new faces can overwhelm me, so a quieter home is ideal.
I must be the only pet in the home – I much prefer to have all the attention and space to myself. I also need to meet any children in the household before adoption, and I’m not suitable for homes with children under 15, as sudden movements and noise can make me uneasy.
Apartment living isn’t for me – I’m looking for a home with both indoor comfort and a secure outdoor space where I can relax and play.
