Eurobodalla Volunteer Branch

RSPCA volunteer branches make a crucial difference to animal welfare in regional NSW. All of our branches, including the one at Eurobodalla, are run exclusively by volunteers., Funding comes from the local community and is allocated by the volunteers to achieve the aims of the RSPCA in the local area.

Aims of the volunteers

To reduce the number of animals coming into the RSPCA shelter network by:

  • providing financial assistance, allowing eligible local residents to desex their pets

To care for and rehome abandon and surrendered animals by:

  • providing temporary care with RSPCA foster carers
  • advertising RSPCA animals to the local community and arranging adoptions
  • arranging for the transport of animals to other RSPCA facilities if we are unable to arrange adoptions in the local area.

To support the Eurobodalla Shelter by:

  • providing animals with enrichment toys and food

To support the local RSPCA inspector by:

  • providing financial aid for neglected animals who have been taken in
  • providing non-essential equipment
