Become a monthly donor to help animals in need today.
By making the choice to give monthly, you are helping provide safety and comfort to animals in need. You are ensuring that RSPCA inspectors are able to stay on the road, rescuing animals from neglect. You could help keep our shelter doors open, to care for all creatures great and small.
RSPCA NSW receives no funding from the federal government, and less than one percent of funding from the state government. It is thanks to the generosity of supporters like you, that RSPCA NSW is able to be there for the animals.
Every year, over 33,000 animals pass through our shelter doors across the state. That’s almost four animals every hour. These animals find themselves in difficult situations – confused, alone and often in need of medical attention.
One of these animals was named Tank. He was cold, likely born premature and only weighed 42 grams. When he came to us, he still had his umbilical cord attached. He was small enough to fit in the palm of your hand.
He did not choose to be born into these circumstances, and he did not choose to be surrendered to us, just hours after he came into this world.
It is because of the animals that we meet each and every day that we continue to do what we do. No matter the circumstances why an animal arrives at RSPCA NSW, we must be prepared to help them.
