Hi, I’m Jake. I’m a male, Mini Foxie / Jack Russell Terrier mix. I’m hoping for a home where someone works average hours, so I can enjoy steady routines and plenty of loving attention. My energy is moderate—I’m happy lounging at home, going on thoughtful walks, or playing with a puzzle toy after a busy day. I have no known child-related issues, so I’m friendly with gentle kids. Even though I'm a bit older I still enjoy daily opportunities to learn about life—meeting new people and dogs, exploring new places, and picking up new tricks. However, I can be a little worried about higher-energy dogs, so I'd do best in calmer settings without busy off-leash parks. I have no known history of issues with other pets, and I’m hopeful to join a family that will continue my gentle education.
