RSPCA NSW DONATION REFUND POLICY Single gift and online gifts Thank you for choosing to donate to RSPCA NSW. Your decision to support us is appreciated and vital for us to be able to continue providing our services to animals in need. If you have made an error regarding the amount of your donation, or accidentally made a duplicate donation, please contact us within 60 days of the date of the donation. Each decision will be at RSPCA NSW’s discretion. Of course, we will endeavour to ensure that genuine errors are rectified. Unfortunately, RSPCA NSW does not give refunds if you change your mind. For this reason, please make your decision to donate to RSPCA NSW carefully. Should a request for a refund be approved, any receipt reflecting this payment will become invalid and will not be tax deductible. Monthly donations Thank you for choosing to donate to RSPCA NSW on a monthly basis. Your decision to support us so generously is appreciated and vital for us to be able to continue caring for animals in need. Monthly donations are processed on the 15th of each month or on the nearest business day. RSPCA NSW reserves the right to reattempt any transactions that decline on the 15th. It is your responsibility to ensure there are sufficient funds available in your account. RSPCA NSW does not take responsibility for any fees incurred by not having sufficient funds in your account at the time of debit. Should you wish to cancel, defer, or alter a donation, you must notify RSPCA NSW at least five business days before the transaction date. Alternatively, if there is a more suitable date for your donation to come out, please let RSPCA NSW know and we will be more than happy to accommodate your needs. Should an error be made by RSPCA NSW, we will make a refund as soon as possible into the same account the donation was deducted from. Any receipt reflecting this payment will become invalid and will not be tax deductible. Monthly donations that have already been processed will not be refunded if you have changed your mind. They will, however, be cancelled going forward.
