Hi, I’m Montreal. I’m a 4 month old female American Staffordshire Terrier x Golden Retriever puppy with a big heart, playful zoomies, and a soft, shy side. New people, places, and things can feel a little scary at first, so I’ll need gentle encouragement and some patience to help me feel safe. Once I warm up, I hope to be a goofy, affectionate, loyal little sidekick who loves to learn and play!
I’d do best in a home with children 12+ who can understand my need for calm, gentle interactions and help me practice my manners. I’m also happiest as the only dog so I can focus on bonding with my humans without feeling overwhelmed. While I haven’t had much experience with other pets, any introductions should be slow and careful.
I’d love a secure, fenced yard where I can sniff, explore, and zoom around to my heart’s content. After I’ve burned off some energy, I’m happiest indoors, snuggled up and relaxing close to my family in a calm, cozy space.
