Meet Khaos
Khaos is a smart, young working dog with a big heart and energy to spare. He's looking for a dedicated guardian who understands the needs of an active working breed and can provide him with daily physical exercise alongside plenty of mental enrichment. Puzzle toys, training sessions, scent work, and adventures will all help this clever boy thrive by giving him appropriate outlets for his energy.
Before coming into care, Khaos had very little exposure to the world around him. Everyday experiences such as wearing walking equipment and being handled were unfamiliar to him, but he has made incredible progress and continues to grow in confidence every day. His new guardian will need to be patient, understanding, and committed to continuing his training at his pace, allowing him to build confidence through positive experiences.
Khaos would be best suited to a home with children aged 12 years and older who can understand and respect his needs while he continues to learn about the world.
He would love a home where he can be part of the family, with both indoor and outdoor access so he can spend quality time with his people. A securely fenced, generously sized backyard is a must, giving him space to explore, play, and soak up the sunshine whenever he pleases.
Khaos has shown positive social behaviours around other dogs, but because his exposure has been limited, he will need to be the only dog in the home initially. This will allow his new guardian to focus on building his confidence around unfamiliar dogs at a pace that sets him up for success.
