My favourite days are nice and simple—a leisurely walk where I can investigate every interesting smell, followed by plenty of pats and relaxing with my humans. I absolutely LOVE treats, which makes learning new things lots of fun for me!
Because I walk a little differently, I'm looking for a home with no stairs or apartments, as a single-level home will help keep me comfortable. I'd also love indoor and outdoor access, so I can enjoy the fresh air before heading back inside to spend time with my family. 🏡
I'd like to be the only dog in the home, as I enjoy having all of my family's attention. I'm pretty good at ignoring dogs from a distance, but if one comes too close and I can't move away, I can find it a little overwhelming. With some patience, positive training, and plenty of treats, I'll keep building my confidence—just no dog parks for me.
I'm not a fan of loud noises, so a home that can help me avoid those scary moments would suit me best. I can happily live with people who work average hours, but I'd really appreciate having someone around for the first few days while I settle into my new routine.
