Hi there, I'm Sasha. I’m nearly eight months old, a bright-eyed tumble of energy and curiosity who believes every breeze smells like a surprise. My tail sails through the air and my ears perk at the rustle of leaves, a squeaky toy, or a friendly face. I’m a little roar of sunshine wrapped in soft fur, and I carry a brave, eager heart that wants to discover the world one sniff at a time. I’m learning to listen, to pause, and to choose the next playful moment—the kind that turns an ordinary day into a little adventure.
Inside and out, I want to be part of everything life has to offer. I’m high-energy and hungry to learn, especially about life with new friends and new dogs. I crave daily chances to grow—to try a new game, explore a fresh place, or solve a simple puzzle with my nose. I haven’t had a lot of ongoing social time with dogs after leaving the shelter, so I’m a touch cautious and a bit fearful rather than reactive. I’m looking for a breed-savvy home that understands I’ll need patience and gentle guidance as I navigate new canine friendships. I do best with kids aged six and up who can guide me with calm hands and big hearts.
The kind of home that would suit me? An active, understanding family who can offer structure, ongoing training, and plenty of opportunities to move my body and my brain. A securely fenced space would be ideal, since I have a history of digging and I want to stay safe while I explore. I’d flourish with a home that has experience with high-energy dogs and can help me read other dogs and approach new friends with confidence. I’m happiest when there’s a rhythm to our days—play, learning, cuddle time, and a plan for adventures big and small—with people who can celebrate every little step I take.
If you’re ready to welcome me into your home and adopt me, come meet me and see if we’re the right match. I can’t wait to wag my way into your life.
