Little bit about Ebony

Hi, I’m Ebony,

I’m a beautiful black cat with a wise heart and 13 years of life experience. I found myself at the shelter through no fault of my own, and while this big change has been a little confusing, I’m staying hopeful that my perfect person is out there looking for me.

At my age, I know exactly what I like. I enjoy a calm, predictable environment where I can relax, nap in sunny spots, and spend quality time with the people I trust. Once I feel comfortable, I’m a sweet and affectionate companion who will happily keep you company while you read, watch TV, or simply enjoy a quiet evening at home.

I’m looking for a home with no children under 15 years old, as I prefer a peaceful lifestyle without lots of activity around me. I would also like to be the only pet in the household, so no dogs or other cats please. I enjoy having my own space and would love to be the centre of your attention.

I tend to feel most comfortable around women and would be best suited to a female owner who understands that I may need a little time to settle in and build trust. Once we become friends, I’ll reward your patience with companionship, gentle affection, and plenty of quiet love.

If you’re looking for a loyal, mature companion who is past the kitten chaos and ready to enjoy the simple pleasures in life, I could be the perfect match for you.
