I might look a little shy when we first meet, but that’s just because I like to take my time picking my favourite humans. Once I know you’re kind and patient, I turn into the most loyal best friend you could ever ask for.
I’ll let you in on a little secret… I’m actually a bit of a goofball. Sometimes my legs move faster than my brain, sometimes I pounce when I meant to tiptoe, and sometimes I get very excited about absolutely nothing. But I try really, really hard to be a good boy every single day.
I LOVE toys, especially the squeaky ones, going on bush walks where I can sniff all the important news, and chasing lizards like the brave explorer I am. Don’t worry, I haven’t caught one yet but I’m very committed to the mission.
I’m looking for a calm, understanding home with a dog savvy human who knows that confidence grows with gentle encouragement. I’d really love a safely fenced yard where I can zoom, explore, and relax in the sunshine, plus cozy indoor time with my people.
Because I’m still building my brave boy skills, I need a home with no kids under 12 and I must be your one and only pet. Having all your attention helps me feel safe and secure while I learn how wonderful home life can be.
I’m also working hard on my toilet training, go me! I’ll need ongoing training, guidance, and support as I adjust to living in a home. I promise I’m trying my best and I’m so eager to learn. I just need a family willing to teach me step by step.
