Hi, I’m Jade! A beautiful 4-year-old German Shepherd girl with a big heart, a playful spirit, and so much love to give.
I absolutely LOVE toys and playtime! Fetch is one of my favourite things ever, and while I need to take it easy because of my hip pain, I still get so excited for a couple of gentle throws or a rolled ball. I’d love a home that keeps my mind busy with enrichment, training, puzzle toys, and lots of fun activities.
I adore people and always want to be close to my humans, so I’m looking for a calm home where someone is around more often than not.
I need to be the only pet as I'm quite dog reactive and have a high prey drive. I will also need a secure fenced yard to keep me safe, plus indoor access when left alone. I’m still building confidence with new environments and experiences, so I’ll thrive with patient, understanding owners who can support me at my own pace.
Due to some aches and pains, I’ll need ongoing pain management and a family committed to keeping me comfortable and cared for. I can also be touch sensitive around my head, so I’d do best in a home with children over 12 years who understand when I need a little space.
