Hi there, we’re Athena and Valkyrie — two best friends looking for a home where we can stay together forever.
I’m Valkyrie, the confident and cheeky one of the duo! I might look a little different because I don’t have any eyes, but trust me — that doesn’t slow me down one bit. I’m still a playful, curious, and energetic kitten who loves exploring, playing, and being right by Athena’s side. I rely on her for comfort and confidence, and together we make the perfect little team.
And I’m Athena… I’m the quieter one. I can be a bit shy when I first meet new people and might take a little time to feel safe in my new home, but once I do, I’m such a sweet and gentle girl. Having Valkyrie with me really helps me feel brave. I also have something called carpal laxity, which just means I need a bit of extra support as I grow. I’ll do best with gentle, graded exercise, and walking on surfaces that give me good grip and stability — but don’t worry, the team can tell you all about how to help me thrive!
We’re both still young and learning about the world, so we’re hoping to find a calm and understanding home that will give us the time and patience we need to settle in. Because I can be a little timid, we’re best suited to a quiet household with no children under 6, where we can relax and feel safe while we grow in confidence.
What we lack in “perfect kitten looks,” we absolutely make up for in love, resilience, and personality. We’re a bonded pair, which means we truly need each other — and we promise to bring double the love, double the cuddles, and double the joy into your home.
