I’m a 4-year-old Domestic Shorthair, and the world can feel a bit big and overwhelming for me sometimes. Sudden noises and busy environments can make me startle easily, so I dream of a quiet, calm household where I can truly feel safe and relaxed. I might be shy when we first meet, and I’ll need some time and patience to come out of my shell—but I promise I’m worth the wait. Once I’ve chosen my person, I show my love in the sweetest ways… soft head bunts, quiet companionship, and staying close by your side.
You might notice that I have constant little tremors. These are from being exposed to a parasite earlier in my life, but they don’t stop me from enjoying my days—I just do things at my own pace. I also have FIV, which means I need to be the only cat in the home (unless your resident kitty also has FIV). The good news is, that cats like me can still live long, happy, and healthy lives with the right care and a loving environment.
If you have a calm home and a gentle approach, I’ll slowly learn to trust you—and in time, I’ll show you just how much love a quiet little heart like mine can hold.
