Hello, my name is Goober.
I am a shy little kitty who is working hard to gain confidence. I am looking for a loving and patient home to help me do that. I do best with other felines as they help me feel safe, which in turn helps me build confidence.
A little bit about me: I was wandering the streets with a broken eye when I was found by a member of public. Injured, in pain and scared, I was taken to RSPCA and given the medical treatment I needed to recover. Part of my recovery included time in foster where I made some feline friends. They helped me feel safe and comfortable enough to interact with the humans. I still have a long way to go. I am slowly learning to trust. Being around other felines helps me build my confidence, therefore I prefer to go home with (or to) another feline friend. That way I won't feel so scared and alone. If you have a patient and loving home to offer, and looking to help a little kitty in need, then please consider me. It may take me a while to come around, but once I do, you will find I am very loving and affectionate. I love to sleep on the bed and just enjoy our time together with pats and snuggles. Loud noises and fast movements make me nervous and jumpy at times, as my peripheral vision is limited due to my missing eye, which is understandable. So, if you think you can offer me a forever home full of love and patience to help me flourish and become my best self, then call in and we can arrange a meet and greet.
Love your one-eyed cutie……..Goober.
