Little bit about Chilli

Hi, I’m a Domestic Shorthair girl with an independent and curious nature. I love exploring my surroundings at my own pace and checking everything out on my own terms. Having my boundaries respected is very important to me, but as I’ve grown more confident, I’ve also discovered how much I enjoy being close to my people.

These days, I regularly come over for pats, gentle head bunts, and quiet moments together. I like to check in with my humans before heading off on my next little adventure. With the people I know and trust, I’ve become much braver — I’m even accepting belly rubs now! That’s a big milestone for me and shows just how far I’ve come.

I’m great at entertaining myself and enjoy independent play, but I’ve also started to really like interactive playtime when I’m in the mood. My favorite toys are balls and small noisy plushies that I can chase, hunt, and proudly carry around like trophies.

I would do best in a calm, quiet home without young children. A peaceful environment and patient, understanding humans who respect my boundaries help me feel safe and secure. I’m learning to warm up to unfamiliar people and I’m doing really well — I’m improving more and more as my confidence grows.

When you let me choose affection in my own time, I’m a sweet, gentle girl who shows love through soft head bunts, thoughtful visits, brave belly rubs, and a bond that grows stronger every day.

I am currently in a lovely foster home while I wait for my new family, to find out more about me please enquire by clicking the link below.
