Poppy is the feline equivalent of an ornamental houseplant—beautiful to admire, happiest in a peaceful corner, and perfectly content simply sharing your space. She’s not the kind of cat who’ll demand constant pats or insist on being the centre of attention. Her presence is quiet, calming, and wonderfully understated.
This lovely tabby and white girl takes her time getting to know new people and needs a patient, low-pressure home where she can settle at her own pace. As she grows comfortable, her confidence continues to blossom, and she’ll form lovely bonds with her chosen people. She’s selective with her friendships—not everyone makes the guest list—but those she trusts are very special indeed.
Poppy enjoys being around calm people, even if she’d prefer to supervise from a comfortable distance. She thrives in a predictable environment where life is peaceful and interactions happen on her terms. She’s not suited to homes with children under six, but calm, respectful teenagers are right up her alley.
