Little bit about Washington

Hello there, I'm Washington, a ten-year-old with a quiet heart.. My fur is a soft hush of grey with little sunlit patches that catch the light as I move. I glide from room to room with an easy, elderly grace, as if I’ve learned the rhythm of a home long ago. I know people can be busy, and I don’t rush you to notice me, but once I feel you’ve opened the door to my world, I become a steady, listening companion, curling into a warm purr that lingers like a tiny heartbeat in the quiet of the house

My energy is average, so I’m happiest with mellow activities, plenty of quiet time, and a place where I can observe the world from a safe corner or a sunny spot by the window. I’ll thrive with someone who respects my pace as I learn the lay of the land and who offers steady company without crowding.
