Hi hooman, I’m Aela!
I’m a chatty, fun-loving gal who may be nearly two, but don’t let that fool you. I’ve still got plenty of kitten-like spring in my step! I love a good zoomie, a fun play session, a delicious meal and, of course, finding myself a wonderful hooman friend to call my very own.
Now, I will let you in on a little secret. I can be a bit nervous when I first meet new people. New faces and new places can be a little overwhelming for me, so I might need some time to come out of my shell and decide that you’re actually pretty cool. With a little patience, understanding and time to settle in, you’ll soon see my fun-loving side come shining through. That being said I think I would do best in a home with No kids under 6
Once we’re best friends, I’ll happily come and sit beside you for some lovely pats and quality time together. But don’t be offended if I occasionally decide I need some me-time. I am an independent lady at times, after all! Sometimes a sunny spot and a nice long nap is exactly what a girl needs.
I also have a friend named Vespa! We’ve kind of grown up together, and although we’re not bonded, we do love each other. If you have room in your heart and home for both of us, that would be wonderful! However, if you can only adopt one of us, that’s absolutely okay too.
If you already have a feline friend at home, it’s important that we’re introduced slowly and gradually, with plenty of our own resources, such as food bowls, litter trays, beds and hiding spots, so we can each have our own space and don’t have to share everything.
So, if you’re looking for a kitty who just needs a home to call her own, maybe you’re the hooman I’ve been waiting for!
