Little bit about Bruno

Hi, I’m Bruno, about 10 months old, with a hopeful tilt of my head and a nose that loves a good sniff. I have a big heart and an even bigger personality. I’m still figuring out the big world, but I glow when the sun puddles on the floor and I can plop into a warm bed. I’m curious, I’m learning, and I think life is best when there’s a kind hand guiding me along.

Other dogs are interesting I’m open to a friend, but I do best with patient guidance and calm spaces. I may be cautious in new environments; I check in with a familiar pup or person before I relax. I love gentle walks, sniffing at leaves, and quiet moments near a warm body. I need daily chances to learn about life training bits, puppies or other dogs and I benefit from a steady routine. I’m a moderate energy guy who enjoys light activity and long rests. I’m best with children aged 6 and up.

I’d flourish with a calm, supportive family who can provide solid fencing, both indoors and out. I’m not keen on off-leash parks for now; I’ll need careful introductions to new dogs. A home with a patient, playful resident dog could help me settle in and gain confidence. My ideal family will understand that I need time to feel safe in new places, and will celebrate small advances with lots of praise and patience.

If you think you could be the steady, gentle home I’m waiting for, please come meet me. I’m ready to start a new chapter with you, one sniff at a time, one wag at a time. Tell a staff member you’d like to meet Bruno, and we’ll set up a time for our first hello. I promise to greet you with a wagging tail, soft eyes, and a heart that wants to belong.
