Hi, I’m Marvin! I’m a sweet, affectionate boy with a gentle heart, a big personality, and an even bigger love for food!
When you first meet me, I might be a little nervous or shy. New people and new environments can feel a bit overwhelming at first, but once I start to feel safe, you’ll see my loving personality begin to shine. My people are really important to me, and they help me come out of my shell when I’m settling into a new place. Give me a little time, patience, and kindness, and I’ll show you just how special I am.
I started my life out on the streets as a stray kitten, so I’m still learning what it means to be the best cat I can be for my forever person. Sometimes I may need a little patience and understanding while I figure things out, but with the right person by my side, I’m eager to keep learning!
Oh, how I love food! You see, when I was a stray, food wasn’t always easy to come by. I never knew when my next meal would arrive, so now that I have food every day, it feels pretty amazing! Mealtimes are very exciting for me, and I can get quite enthusiastic when I think food is on the way. Because I can get especially excited around food, I’d do best in a home where mealtimes can be kept calm and consistent, and where everyone understands that food is something very special to me.
I’m also FIV positive, this doesn’t stop me from enjoying life, receiving plenty of love, or being a wonderful companion.
I may have had a rough start in life, but I’m ready for the next chapter. All I’m looking for is someone who will give me the time to settle in, help me feel safe, and let me become the best companion I can be.
