Meet Syke, a beautiful senior greyhound with the sweetest soul and so much love still to give. I may be in my golden years, but I still have a lovely bit of energy and enjoy getting out for my walks, exploring the world around me, and then coming home for a well-earned nap somewhere cosy by your side. I’m a gentle, affectionate girl who is happiest simply being near my people and soaking up all the love and comfort home life has to offer.
I would love a home where I can enjoy the best of both worlds — relaxing indoors with my family while also having easy access to a secure outdoor area for toilet breaks, a stretch of my legs, and some fresh air. I’m very well toilet trained and appreciate having a predictable routine. I love the company of people and get worried if left alone so I would need someone home more often than not and a predictable routine for my settling in period.
Despite being a larger breed, I’m a calm, sweet-natured lady with lovely manners, so I’m expected to fit in well with children too. If you already have a dog at home, I’d like to meet them first to make sure we’re the right match.
