What makes me feel special is the way I light up when I meet other dogs—calm, social, and eager to say hi with a gentle tail swoosh. A sunny afternoon, a comfy bed, and a new friendly face are basically my perfect trio.
Other dogs are some of my favorite people. I love sniffing together, following scent trails, and sharing quiet moments after a playful zoomie. I’m generally well adapted and I sit happily in the middle—neither too hyper nor too sleepy—just a steady little pal who appreciates a gentle routine and a chance to learn. I crave daily opportunities to learn about life, especially when I’m with other dogs and new friends, and I adore curling up in a sunbeam after a good, soft cuddle of a nap.
I’d thrive in a home with a kind, patient family that can offer daily learning moments, play, and plenty of gentle guidance. My energy is moderate, so I’ll fit into lots of homes that enjoy a balanced day—some play, some quiet time, and a little guidance to grow. I don’t have special fencing needs, and I’ve shown no known issues around kids, so a home with children who are kind and gentle could be a lovely fit too.
