Little bit about Coco

Hi there, I’m Coco, a bright young dog with a tail that never seems to stop wagging. I wake with a little wiggle, sure today will bring a new friend, a new scent, a tiny adventure. I’m curious and affectionate, the kind of pup who notices the breeze on a sunlit afternoon and believes every rustle could be a hello from the world. I carry a warm, hopeful energy that wants to be close to you, to share your day and your space in the gentlest, most cozy way.

Who I am: other dogs are some of my favourite people—sniffing, zooming, and tumbling together is my idea of heaven. I currently live with a senior dog of similar size and I try to match his calm pace, which makes our little pair feel pretty harmonious. I’m friendly to him and we enjoy play that stays gentle. With unknown dogs, I can get excited and a touch overbearing at first, so I’ll need meet-and-greets in a quiet, neutral space, sometimes more than one to find my rhythm. I’ve shared space with a resident rabbit and there were no concerns there, which tells you I’m open to new friends when given a kind, patient introduction. I’m happy indoors and outdoors, and I love a sunbeam as much as a little stroll.

The kind of home and family that would suit me best: I’m best with adults or older teens who can read my signals and offer steady guidance as I grow. I’d flourish with someone who has dog experience and can provide daily opportunities to learn about life with another canine by my side. While I’m friendly with a resident dog and a rabbit, I’m selective with unfamiliar dogs, so I’ll need thoughtful introductions and time to feel safe in new surroundings.

If you think we might be a good match, come meet me and see if our hearts click. I’d love to start this adventure with you.
