RSPCA NSW’s Illawarra Shelter will be closed to the public from Monday 17 to Friday 21 November while essential driveway works are completed. Adoptions will resume Saturday 22 November. Thank you for your understanding.

Little bit about Cookie

Hi everyone, please meet Cookie.

Cookie is a sweet and affectionate girl who loves spending time with her people. Once she feels comfortable, she will happily soak up all the attention and becoming a loving member of the family. Like many cats Cookie will take a little time to settle into her new environment, so she will need a patient adopter who will allow her to settle at her own pace.

The reward, a loyal, affectionate girl who will soon feel right at home.

One thing you should know about Cookie is that food is life! Treats and mealtimes are some of her favorite things making them a great way to win her heart.

Cookie would do best as the only pet in the home, where she can enjoy all the love and attention for herself. She is best suited to a home with older children who can understand she may need space while she settles.

If you are looking for a companion with a big personality, Cookie may be your perfect match. Just remember while you may think you are adopting Cookie she fully expects to be adopting a personal snack supplier and full-time admirer.
