Little bit about Nyx

Hi there, my name is Nyx, and I’m a sweet, sensitive boy looking for a calm place to call home.

I can be quite shy when we first meet and will need some time to feel safe around new people. I really appreciate humans who go slow with me, give me space, and allow me to figure things out in my own time. Once I’m comfortable, I’m actually very cuddly and enjoy quiet affection with the people I trust.

The key to my heart is patience. I don’t like being rushed or forced into interactions — I need to choose when I’m ready. When my boundaries are respected, I truly come out of my shell and become a loving, gentle companion.

Because I’m a sensitive soul, I’m looking for a quiet, calm household with no children under 12. I’d also do best with someone who has a good understanding of cat behaviour and body language, so my cues are noticed and respected when I need space or reassurance.
