RSPCA NSW’s Illawarra Shelter will be closed to the public from Monday 17 to Friday 21 November while essential driveway works are completed. Adoptions will resume Saturday 22 November. Thank you for your understanding.

Little bit about Cricket

Hi, I’m Cricket. I’m a male Domestic Short Hair kitten. Age: 3 months. I’m full of energy—high-speed zooms, flips, and endless curiosity. I love chasing lightweight toys, pouncing on shadows, and then curling up for a cozy nap in a sunlit spot. I’m affectionate and enjoy gentle pets after I burn off some energy. I have no known child-related issues and I’m curious about people of all ages, though I’m best with families who can keep up with my kitten pace and provide lots of enrichment. I do well with other cats when properly introduced and would thrive in a home with safe spaces to climb and hide. Grooming is easy with my short coat. If you’re seeking a lively, loving companion who will fill your days with play and purrs, I’m your guy. Let’s meet and start our adventure together!
