Little bit about Furt

Meet Furt – a sweet young boy with a heart of gold.

Furt is the kind of dog who quietly works his way into your heart and then never leaves. He has a gentle, affectionate nature and absolutely adores being around his people. Whether you’re making your morning coffee, relaxing on the couch, or pottering around the house, Furt will happily be your little shadow, just content to be included in whatever you’re doing.

He’s a big fan of the simple pleasures in life—basking in a sunny spot like it’s his full-time job, then wandering inside to curl up close for a cuddle (preferably as close as physically possible!). He has a soft, loving energy and is really starting to enjoy discovering the world as his confidence grows.

Furt would do best as the only dog in the home for now, as he continues to develop his social skills. He would also be most suited to a home with older children, as he is currently undergoing treatment for heartworm and benefits from a calmer, more predictable environment.

A secure yard with solid fencing is essential to ensure his safety.

With patience, love, and guidance, Furt will blossom into a loyal and devoted companion who will bring warmth and joy to his forever home.
