My name is Ruby. I’m a 12-year-old Welsh Mountain pony, and while not much is known about my past, I’m hoping my future might be with someone special.
Right now, my whole world is my beautiful little filly, Pearl. She is just three months old, and we are very closely bonded. We will need to stay together, as she still relies on me for comfort, guidance, and milk. One day she will grow into her own pony, but for now she is never far from my side.
Because we’re a package deal, we’ll need a home that understands mares and young foals. An experienced horse home is very important for us — someone confident in raising, weaning, and educating a young foal so that Pearl can grow into a well-mannered and happy pony. I may need patience and understanding too, as so little is known about my history.
Safe, secure fencing suitable for mares and foals will be essential to keep Pearl safe as she grows more curious and adventurous each day. She’s already starting to explore the world around her!
If you have the knowledge, kindness, and space in your heart (and paddock) for both of us, we would love the chance to become part of your family. In return, you’ll get the joy of watching Pearl grow and the quiet companionship of a little Welsh mare who just wants a safe place to call home.
With hope,
Ruby
(and little Pearl)
