Hi, I’m Winifred. My siblings and I arrived to the shelter as young, nervous kittens. Luckily, the team here could see our potential and we got sent off to foster care so we could grow a bit more while we learned about life in a home and all the fun things that entails! It didn't take me long to realise that people could mean safety, food and FUN!
My foster carer said I’m full of energy and curiosity, loving to explore, chase my toys, and zoom around the house before curling up with my kitty foster sister.
Because I was so nervous at first, my foster family gave me a "launch room" or place to call my own while I settled in to my new environment. Once I was comfortable there, I was able to explore the house and meet the other animals and people. I get along well with older kids who are gentle and can help me learn good manners. I use the litter box consistently and appreciate scratching posts. If you’re seeking a playful, affectionate companion who will grow with you, I’m ready to join your family.
