Bertie is FIV positive, which means he will need to be the only cat in his new home and will need to live as an indoor-only cat. Keeping him indoors helps protect his health, as cats with FIV can become unwell more easily than cats without the virus. With good care, regular veterinary check-ups, and a loving home, FIV-positive cats can live happy and fulfilling lives.
Bertie hasn’t lived with children before, so he would like to meet all children in the home before heading home to ensure everyone is a good match and understands his need for both affection and personal space.
