Duckie is a sweet lady with a big, cheeky personality.
She is a self-declared aquatic athlete. She enjoys a splash and a paddle — emphasis on short swims, followed by dramatic exits and proud strutting.
Enthusiasm? Through the roof. Subtlety? Not her strong suit. She does get a bit too excited about other dogs while on lead, so she’s looking for a patient human who understands and can help her keep her cool.
At home, Duckie is all about the good life: indoors, on the couch, preferably glued to your side. She’s deeply affectionate, hilariously expressive, and firmly believes personal space is optional. If you’re looking for a constant companion who will follow you from room to room like a snorting little shadow, Duckie is ready to commit.
She’s toilet trained (a lady, thank you very much) and she is extremely food motivated — think “tiny, adorable kitchen supervisor with sticky fingers.” You’ll need to keep an eye on snacks, or they may mysteriously vanish.
Duckie has had surgery to improve her breathing and remove a small cyst and will need a future knee surgery (the adoption team here at the RSPCA can explain everything).
Duckie promises endless laughs, unconditional love, and a lifetime of snorts, zoomies, and very intense eye contact while you’re eating.
If your home is missing a hilarious, affectionate, slightly chaotic best friend…..Duckie is waiting.
Please note-Duckie is currently in a lovely foster home, to find out more please enquire via the link below. Enquiries can only be accept via the link.
