Little bit about Bonnie

Hi there I'm Bonnie

I’m a 9-year-old German Shepherd with a wise heart, a gentle soul, and just the right amount of spark to keep life interesting. If you’re someone who enjoys a steady rhythm such as morning walks, a bit of fresh air, and quiet evenings with a loyal companion at your feet, we might just be a perfect match. My energy is what I like to call “thoughtfully moderate.” I’m just as happy following my nose on a long, sniff-filled stroll as I am curling up nearby while you unwind. And don’t worry I still enjoy keeping my mind sharp with a bit of training now and then. A few sessions a week? That’s my kind of fun.

I’m at my best when life feels predictable. Clear boundaries, a calm environment, and a human who understands that structure helps me shine. Think of me as confident and composed, with a touch of curiosity that keeps things interesting. If you’re patient and willing to guide me, I’ll meet you with loyalty and a willingness to learn.

I do best in a home with kids 12 and up, where things are a little more predictable and respectful of my space. I’ll be honest, I really love being your dog. The one who gets all your attention, all your affection, and all your “good girl” moments.

A home that understands shepherds and their intelligence, their need for purpose, and their love of routine, would be my dream come true. In return, I’ll give you devotion, companionship, and a calm, grounding presence that makes a house feel like home.

If you’re looking for a loyal partner to share your days, learn alongside you, and quietly be there through it all… I’m ready when you are.
