Make a difference in an animals life today!
Hi, I'm Rosie, a beautiful young lady looking for a second chance with a loving family!
I would love a family who is ready to make me a focal point in their lives and love me completely in all my goofiness. I LOVE to play with toys and will chase after it, bring it back and show you my cheeky side whilst I run away with it again, however I will swap for a treat or another toy. I enjoy sniffing walks, exploring and short obedience training session with treats of course to positively reinforce the good work that I do. I would love a fully fence yarded area to explore till me hearts content and a comfortable bed inside with my family to rest and be surrounded with love.
I can be a bit jumpy and excitable when I meet new friends, however I do know some of my cues and will sit when asked. It would be great if my younger family members had experience with large dogs and didn't mind a bouncy gal. Treats are a great motivator for me, and I would love to continue developing my skills slowly in the backyard first, then out and about with my family once I am confident and comfortable.
I have met a few furry friends in care and would do well with a well socialised canine companion to learn from. I can still have puppy moments and bounce around in play, so it would be best if my new friend could match my play style and laze around with me. I will need time and positive experiences to learn how to best interact with other furry friends, so it would be best to avoid off lead areas whilst I learn how to navigate these interactions and gain confidence.
Requirements:
If you think you could be the perfect home for me to come and see me at the Hunter Shelter and my friends can help us meet!
Love and a wiggle butt,
Rosie
