Little bit about Cliffton, the Rescuoodle

Hi my name is Cliffton and I am a sweet gentleman on the search for his very own family!!

My ideal home would be more mature and with a family that will take their time with me, I am the type of dog that forms bonds and will be very loyal to my human I might just need some time to learn your routine and settle before we go exploring the world and going on fun adventures. I would do better with a quieter home where life can be predictable for me, a heavy traffic home with visitors coming and going will make me unsettled and unsure of what the day holds, setting me up with my very own safe haven can help with this and this can be my space to escape the world when I just need a nice long nap.

I have seen some dogs at the shelter and have shown some interest in them but have had little social play with them. I will need to be the only dog in the home as I am unsure of how to share space that closely with another dog. I would love to work on my sociability as I show potential, it would be great if you have friends with calm social dogs that I can go on walks with and get to know, if we could avoid off lead areas while we build my confidence that would be best for me.
