Little bit about Roni, the Rescuoodle

Hi there, my name is Roni, and I'm a Domestic Medium Hair cat with the majestic appearance of a lion and the heart of a gentle giant. I'm here to tell you a little bit about myself in hopes that we might become lifelong friends. First things first, I'm all about the love and affection. There's nothing I enjoy more than scratches under the ear and pats on the head. I might even nuzzle up against you to show my appreciation. Oh, and did I mention that I'm a bit of a social eater? Yep, that means I might like to keep you company during mealtime. It's just more fun that way, don't you think?

Now, about being picked up… well, let's just say I'm still getting used to the idea. You see, I used to be a stray, so I'm still learning to trust humans completely. But with a little time and patience, I'm sure we can work through it together. After all, I've come a long way since my shelter days, and I'm ready to open my heart to the right person. Oh, and speaking of health stuff, I should probably mention that I have cat flu. Nothing too serious, but it's best to keep me indoors for now to prevent spreading it to other cats. Plus, I'd rather not have my symptoms flare up if I can help it. And one more thing: I'm a bit on the timid side, so it's probably best if I go to a home with no kids under 6. I just need a calm and quiet environment where I can feel safe and secure. But don't worry, I promise to repay your kindness with plenty of love and affection. Oh, and before I forget, you'll want to do some research on cat behaviour so you can understand when I'm feeling uncomfortable. It's all about communication, you know?
