Little bit about Boss, the Rescuoodle

Hello there, my name is Boss! I'm a sociable older chap with a gentle soul that is looking for my new home! I'd suit a chilled and relaxed home where I can be included as part of the family, coming both inside and outdoors, as well as joining you for a sniff walks and strolls in a quiet area a few times a week or simply snuggling up on a nice soft bed by your feet, while we watch telly. I would like to meet any children in the home of any age to make sure that I am confident around them and that they are comfortable around me as well. I would benefit from having a safe space all of my own, like a crate or a bed space area, where I can go to relax and unwind when children get a little too much for me. I know sometimes you have to go out, if you leave me with some fun toys, yum treats, fresh water bowl and a sheltered, snuggly bed, I should be safe and happy until you get home. I would benefit from daily enrichment and interactive feeders to help keep my mind and body active. I can be polite to other dogs, but I don't always have a lot of interest in them as well, so if you have dogs of a similar, calmer nature at home, please bring them in to meet me to make sure we will be friends. If there are storms or fireworks, I would love to come inside to a place near you, where I can feel safe and secure until the loud noises are over.
