Make a difference in an animals life today!
Hi there, I'm Annie! I'm a happy, sweet natured pup on the lookout for my forever home!
I have had a bit of a rough start to life and unfortunately found myself brought into the shelter with my litter mates at a young age. I have already experienced a bit of uncertainty in my short life, which has understandably made me a bit cautious around new people, dogs, and environments. However, underneath my initial shyness lies a heart full of love and affection. All I need now is to find a family who will show me patience and understanding to help me grow into my full potential. I would do best in a home where I am the only animal as other dogs can make me a little uncomfortable, and I like to chase moving things so cats and other small animals would be a bit too exciting for me! I would also prefer a home with no young children as I am still getting used to humans and need an experienced owner that is able to read my body language and give me space when I need it.
Around people I know I'm a total social butterfly! I love nothing more than just hanging out in the presence of my people and spending quality time together. I might still get a little jumpy in unfamiliar places, but with your comforting presence I'll be ready to face the world, one slow pawstep at a time! So if you're looking for a loyal companion who is a bit shy but full of love, then I'm your girl. Let's take things slow and build a bond that lasts a lifetime.
If you think you have the right home for Annie, please fill out an Expression of Interest form and we will be in contact to discuss further.
