Little bit about Jimmy, the Rescuoodle

Hi there, I’m Jimmy, and I’m looking for loving place to call home. I came to the RSPCA when I got lost and couldn’t find my way home. After some time in foster care, I am ready for a fresh start.

I am an active boy, a mix of curious and confident, always keen to explore wherever I go then find you for cuddles when I’m done. Speaking of cuddles, I am very affectionate!

I have been in foster care with other cats, and at first I was a little scared of them as they’re so much bigger than me, but in no time I was playing and enjoying being groomed by my foster brothers. I have also been around a medium-sized dog while in foster care. I was worried about the dog briefly, then I realised they can be fun too! I loved to play hide and seek, and nibble on the dog’s toes. I think I would be suitable living in a home with a calm, tolerant dog in my new home.

I am quite gentle with play so I would suit a home with children of all ages. I think it’s hilarious when people put on their slip shoes and I’ll try to play with those things you call toes, so watch out when you put your shoes on as I might think it’s play time.

I spent some time outside, supervised and on a harness and wow did I enjoy this! I liked soaking in the sun rays and watching the birds fly around nearby. I felt a little adventurous and thought climbing the trees would be fun. If I had the chance I think I would wander quite often so if you are going to have me outside please make sure I am supervised to ensure that I won’t get harmed while I’m out.
