Operational Hours Update

As the wider NSW community recovers from the recent COVID-19 spike, RSPCA NSW shelters and veterinary hospitals are excited to announce we will revert to our standard operating hours.  

RSPCA NSW remains committed to taking the necessary and conscientious steps regarding the COVID-19 outbreak as per the health advice of the NSW government.  

Please note, the shelter and veterinary hospital opening times will be as follows as of 10 Feb 2022: 

Sydney Shelter: Tuesday – Sunday, 9:30am – 3:15pm for adoptions, open until 7.30pm for emergencies and phone enquiries.  (Closed Mondays)

Sydney Veterinary Hospital:  Monday – Friday, 9:30am -7:00pm, Saturday – Sunday, 9:30am – 12:30pm 

Hunter Shelter: Tuesday – Sunday, 9:30am – 3:30pm. (Closed Mondays)

Hunter Veterinary Hospital: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 6:30pm , Saturday, 8:30am – 12:00pm  (Closed Sundays)

Blue Mountains Shelter: Tuesday – Sunday, 10:00am – 3:30pm (Closed Mondays)

Broken Hill Veterinary Hospital: Monday – Friday, 8:30am – 1pm and 2pm – 5pm, Saturday, 9am – 1pm (Closed on Sundays)

Central West Shelter: Tuesday – Sunday, 10:00am – 3:30pm (Closed Mondays)

Coffs Harbour Shelter: Tuesday – Sunday, 10:00am – 3:30pm (Closed Mondays)

Illawarra Shelter: Tuesday – Sunday, 10:00am – 3:30pm (Closed Mondays)

Tuggerah Care Centre: Monday – Wednesday, 9:00am – 5:30pm ,Thursday, 9:00am – 7:00pm ,Friday, 9:00am – 5:30pm ,Saturday, 9:00am – 5:00pm , Sunday 10:00am – 4:00pm
