All the amazing corporate supporters we visited in April and May Posted on June 18, 2019 At RSPCA NSW, we’re lucky enough to have the support of a bunch of incredible companies. That support usually comes in the form of Workplace Giving, where employees opt to donate a portion of their salary to RSPCA NSW, or in various fundraising efforts and donations. This May, we headed out on the road to visit our corporate supporters and their employees and say a big thank you for their astounding generosity. Ritchies Stores Ritchies Stores have been consistent supporters of RSPCA NSW since 2011. We went along to their offices in April to say thank you for their dedication and generosity. In the eight years they’ve loyally supported us, Ritchies have raised over $78,000! Thank you again, Ritchies! Hoyts A few hundred Hoyts employees gathered at their office to hear all about our Workplace Giving program. It was great to see so many people interested in the program, and the legends even made us cookies as a warm welcome. Yum! Thanks Hoyts! PVH Brands The fabulous employees at PVH Brands generously fundraised over $17,000 for the RSPCA over the Christmas period. And, amazingly, it was matched by the company, meaning $34,000 in total was donated to animals across New South Wales and Australia! We went along to visit the staff at PVH to say a huge thank you for their efforts. Suzanne Grae Our wonderful supporters at Suzanne Grae raised an amazing $1,700 for RSPCA NSW and also donated tonnes of product for the animals. Thank you so much to the team for your tireless fundraising! The University of Newcastle Our Hunter Shelter staff took along some pups for the students at the University of Newcastle. Not just because they were holding a stall to raise money and awareness for RSPCA NSW – but because animals are an excellent de-stressor! The students loved hanging out with the dogs and we’re certain they loved being there too. Thanks to the University of Newcastle for being such good hosts. Western Pet Supplies We received thousands of dollars’ worth of pet supplies from the very generous team at Western Pet Supplies! We were so stoked by the incredible contribution, we stopped by their offices to say thank you.
