This sweet, Staffy puppy was found orphaned and alone by one of our inspectors in a remote part of NSW. Almost her whole body was inflamed and sore. Tormented by mites, she’d scratched away her fur. Her eyelids were so severely irritated she couldn’t open her eyes. Over the four months she spend in our care, she became a different dog. The swelling went down so you could see her warm, friendly eyes. Every touch would have been painful to her sensitive skin when she first arrived, but as her white fur greb back, little Daisy started demanding pats and snuggles. Animals like Daisy are capable of remarkable transformations but they need your help to recover – whether from abuse, neglect or abandonement.
