1. The competition is free to enter.
2. One entry per person.
3. Eligibility:
• Cat owner who resides in NSW must upload a photo of their cat.
• Write in 100 words or less why a cat enclosure would be the ideal gift for your cat.
• And fill out a form with their details.
4. Entrants must be 18 years or older to enter.
5. Employees of the RSPCA NSW are ineligible to enter the Competition.
6. The competition will accept entries until 23:59, 29th January 2024.
7. Prizes: 2x $500 Catnets.com.au vouchers
8. Photos may be disqualified if they do not meet animal welfare standards, as determined by the RSPCA NSW.
9. Winners will be chosen by RSPCA NSW staff.
10. Winners will be contacted via email and announced on our social media platforms by 20th February 2024. If the winner does not respond to the notification within seven days, another winner will be selected. It is the responsibility of the participant to ensure that the contact information provided is accurate and up to date. The organisers are not liable for any consequences resulting from inaccurate or outdated contact details.
11. Winners and prizes will be subject to the terms and conditions of Catnets.
12. By submitting an entry, entrants agree to the RSPCA NSW Privacy Policy.
13. Copyright and moral rights: By submitting a photo, entrants grant the RSPCA NSW, and all sponsors and partners of the Competition, an irrevocable worldwide license to reproduce, publish, and communicate to the public your photograph (or any part of it)
• in any media format, including but not limited to advertisements, postcards, brochures, posters, television/print media, websites, social media, apps, publications, and reports.
• for the purposes of the Competition, including any associated event or exhibition; publicity and promotion of the Competition; publicity and promotion including media and marketing campaigns.
• You acknowledge and agree that RSPCA NSW may adapt your photograph, including but not limited to adapting the photograph for the online gallery, for any large format reproduction for exhibition, or for use in RSPCA NSW media and marketing campaigns.
• You warrant that you are the owner of all intellectual property rights in the photograph or have obtained all necessary approvals and consents to permit the entry of the photograph into the Competition and for the use of the photograph in accordance with these terms and conditions.
• Photography that infringes the intellectual property rights of any person will be immediately removed from the Competition and you must return any prize given to you by RSPCA NSW in winning the Competition.

14. Release and indemnity: You release the RSPCA NSW and all sponsors and partners of the Competition, from any claim, damage, expense, loss, cost, or liability concerning:
• the infringement of your moral rights in respect of your photograph; and the use of your photograph by the RSPCA NSW or the sponsors and partners of the Competition.
• You indemnify the RSPCA NSW and the sponsors and partners of the Competition, against any claim, damage, expense, loss, cost (including reasonable legal costs), or liability arising out of or in connection with the infringement of any intellectual property rights in respect of your photograph, use of your photograph by the RSPCA NSW or the sponsors and partners of the Competition.
