Little bit about Gizmo, the Rescuoodle

Hey there, humans!

I'm Gizmo, the wise and charming 8-year-old, here to tell you a bit about myself.

I'm what you might call a sweet, mature man who loves nothing more than a cozy one-on-one cuddle session with someone I trust. Sure, I might seem a bit shy at first, but all I need is a little time and patience to settle in. That's where a snug launch room comes in handy, giving me the space to adjust and feel safe.

I prefer a quiet life, you know? Loud environments tend to make me a tad nervous. So, a peaceful home without too much hustle and bustle would suit me just fine. If you happen to be a family with kids who understand the ways of a cat like me, or if you've had feline companions before, then you may just be the one. Once I'm comfortable, you'll get to see the real me – gentle, affectionate, and ready to shower you with love.

Oh, and about my food preferences, I can be a bit fussy with what kind of wet food I like. But don't worry, a quick chat with the staff can help you figure out my favourite ones.

I am a catchoo cat which just means I sometimes get the flu, Just like humans!! Cats will get the cat flu sometimes when they are feeling stressed! If I am in a home with a loving family and I am happy than it is less likely for me to have a flare up. I also got told by the dentist lady that i have this thing called stomatitis, but it's getting better. Nothing too serious, but it is just something that we need to monitor during my yearly vet visit.
