Little bit about Sasha, the Rescuoodle

Hello out there!

My name is Sasha, nice to meet you!

Ok so first things first, I know I look like a puppy, but I'm actually an adult dog and over a year old! Crazy huh? I'm just a small statured little staffy which the shelter team find adorable for some reason. I am a shy girl, it takes me time to warm up to new people and to become confident in new areas, so I'm looking for an experienced owner with timid dogs so they can encourage me when I need and be able to tell when I'm not feeling super comfortable. I'm looking for the quiet relaxed life while I settle in and find my feet, someone home more often than not to give me company, lots of yummy treats and cozy beds, perhaps a spot on the couch next to you and we can watch tv? I have lived with kids before, but since I'm a little wary of new things, any children should be older and have experience with dogs.

I'm so ready to go on new adventures (small ones at first!) with some loving people or person. If you think a super cute little staffy girl like me could being wiggly happiness to your life, give the shelter a call to arrange a date! Be sure to bring all household members. I am new to this thing called pats, so please let me take my time to get to know you before we get too hands on.
